How long does delivery take?
Every sign is custom-built to order. Production begins once payment is received, and the estimated delivery time is up to two weeks. NFC stickers are usually faster, while premium wood or metal signs take the full window.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. Installation and travel are optional add-on services priced separately depending on your location, mounting surface and access requirements. Use the installation estimator on the homepage for a non-binding estimate — we confirm the final quote before payment.
Where can the NFC tag and QR code send my customers?
Anywhere you choose: Google Reviews, your website, menu, booking page or social media. You provide the destination URL with your order and we program and test it before delivery.
Do customers need an app to tap the sign?
No. Modern iPhone and Android phones read NFC directly with the built-in camera or by tapping the sign. The printed QR code works as a backup for any device.
Can I change the destination link later?
Yes. Contact us with your AX order reference and we will help you re-point the NFC tag and QR code to a new destination.
